Community Building
Chair:
GOAL Promote the businesses of the community, enhance the visibility of the city and the Chamber through community-wide events and activities such as Business Expo and Gumbo Fest.
Education
Chair:
GOAL Continue to support the efforts of the West Memphis public schools through projects such as Adopt a School in an effort to increase community-wide involvement and participation in our schools at all levels.
Economic Development
Chair: Ward Wimbish, Office of Economic Development
GOAL Assist City of West Memphis office of Economic Development in the retention and recruitment of local industry with continued support of the county-wide Economic Development project.
Governmental Affairs
Chair:
GOAL Disperse legislative information to members while serving as the Chamber's liaison with the county legislative delegation.
Junior Leadership
Chair:
GOAL Develop and cultivate leadership skills among 9th grade students by monthly associations with adult leaders in the areas of business, industry, education, government, health care, law and human services.
Leadership Crittenden County
Chair:

Marketing
Chair:
GOAL Continue development of a marketing plan involving city and Chamber officials addressing problems and the overall appearance of the city resulting in a stronger city image and increased community pride.
Membership Service
Chair:
GOAL Develop a new and comprehensive plan to restructure the current Chamber dues structure and membership plan allowing for an increase in memberships.
Policy and Procedures
Chair:
GOAL Maintain Chamber by-laws, policies and procedures while offering recommendations regarding future revisions to increase the level of the Chamber's professionalism and productivity.
